RICHMOND, Ind. — Richmond police arrested three men after they were caught allegedly breaking into a house to steal a water heater.
According to a Facebook post from the Richmond Police Department , officers were called to the 1000 block of South B Street on a report of a burglary in progress at a duplex.
When officers arrived, they found two men, identified as Roscoe Holder Sr. and Kevin Delucio, standing next to a water heater that had been allegedly cut out and perched on a dolly. Police say the men were also "tinkering" with the furnace. When police asked the men what they were doing, they reportedly said they were hired to repair the furnace.
Police say as they were investigating the two men, another man was inside a vacant floor of the duplex and allegedly locked the door. After r
