MANCHESTER, N.H. —

A Massachusetts man has been accused of hitting a state trooper's car after a police chase.

According to court documents, the chase started at about 1:20 a.m. Tuesday when police saw a silver truck traveling at more than 100 mph down Route 101.

Police said the vehicle ran multiple red lights before it took an exit off Interstate 293 into Manchester.

The truck was attempting to leave Arnold Street, a dead end, when it rammed into a state police cruiser, according to court documents.

"Even after all these actions were done, the defendant then attempted to flee the scene of the motor vehicle accident," said Trooper Ryan Hajjar.
