EXETER – South Huron Minor Hockey’s U16 and U18 teams are organizing an upcoming dinner at the South Huron Rec Centre that will serve as a fundraiser for Jessica’s House Hospice of Exeter.

Dubbed Pasta Puck Night, the Sunday, Dec. 14, dinner starts at 3 p.m., and fun games of skill will take place for donated door prizes.

The teams will hit the ice starting at 4 p.m., and organizers said the dinner gives the players the opportunity to help give back to the community.

All are welcome to enjoy dinner, and the cost is a voluntary donation with proceeds going to Jessica’s House. Families are also asked to bring non-perishable food items, which will be donated to the Exeter Community Food Bank, as well as gently used winter clothing that will be donated to families in nee
