It wasn’t just the turkeys that needed thawing at Trump Tower this holiday week.
A shivering source told Page Six that the heat and hot water went out at the upscale Fifth Avenue building on Tuesday, sending residents of the ritzy building fleeing to… more ritzy locales!
We hear residents were alerted of the issue by email at 6a.m. and that the building was “freezing” — with highs hitting 48-degrees in the city on Tuesday.
“It was colder inside than outside for some reason,” said a source.
“Can you imagine paying this amount of money to live in what was a tenement yesterday with no heat and hot water for 24 hours?” a source hissed.
Residents were steaming the heat was off.
