PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WCAX) - Quebec trade officials say tariffs have hurt not only tourism to the United States but also certain industries.

David Brulotte, Quebec’s delegate general for the mid-Atlantic, said he has been meeting with U.S. companies like those in Plattsburgh to listen and gauge how tariffs have affected them.
