LIVE OAK, Fla. (WCJB) - Four people were killed in a crash on U.S. Highway 90 in Suwannee County. The victims include a mother and her two adopted children, according to the state attorney general.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers say the crash on Tuesday just before 10 p.m. involved three vehicles: 2 cars and a pickup truck.
In one of the cars, a 76-year-old woman from Lake City and two girls, ages 8 and 6, were killed. The 33-year-old man from Live Oak driving the pickup was also killed. The injuries of the driver of the other car weren’t reported.
According to the crash report, troopers say it is unknown at this time how the crash occurred.
Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier posted on social media additional details about the crash that have yet to be released by FHP.
