BRANFORD, Fla. (WCJB) - The foundation of a TV20 Meldon Law scholar-athlete is putting up incredible stats in the sport, but also matching the sentiment off the field.

Branford senior Wren Wilkerson is first in her class with a flawless 4.0 GPA despite skipping a grade. Further, a 4.0 GPA at Florida Gateway College, graduating with both diplomas in May, on a pre-med track.

To say Wilkerson is doing it would be an understatement. The Defensive Player of the Year is an example of what a Branford soccer program, which started when she was a freshman, is looking to build a culture around.

A staple in the community as well as she also coaches a recreational league with kids ages 5-7, in addition to recently completing community service work raising over 12,000 dollars towards Mt. Dora Christ
