A married headteacher invited a colleague to his office where he proceeded to play a video which appeared to show him "caressing himself", a professional standards hearing heard.

James Richards, former headteacher of Cadle Primary in Swansea , went to her room in the school and told her to come to his office. When the member of staff, identified only as Colleague E, went to his office he shut the door and began playing her a video on his laptop, the Education Workforce Council Wales hearing was told.
