NORFOLK, Va. — A man has been arrested following a shooting over the weekend on Waterside Drive left a man with life-threatening injuries.
The shooting took place in the 300 block of Waterside Drive just after 2 a.m. on Sunday, according to Norfolk police.
Officers responded and found a man suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Police said they charged Lorne Bailey Jr., 23, of Hampton, with malicious wounding, four counts of attempted malicious wounding, use of a firearm, shooting in the commission of a felony, discharging a firearm in public and vandalism.
Bailey was arrested on November 26, and will be held in Norfolk City Jail without bond.
