COLUMBIA, S.C. —
South Carolina National Guardsmen will head back to Washington, D.C., a move that was scheduled before the shooting on Wednesday.
Gov. Henry McMaster said more than 300 Guardsmen will return to D.C. next week.
He said this was already scheduled.
The Guardsmen will relieve those from Georgia who relieved the South Carolina Guardsmen two months ago.
