For Thanksgiving today, we're expecting a bit of sun this morning before clouds increase. Highs will be in the low 30s, and we could even see some flurries this afternoon, especially towards the northeast parts of our viewing area. Winds will be noticeable as well, out of the west-northwest at 15 to 25 mph, with higher gusts possible.
Friday will feature a mix of clouds and sunshine, with highs struggling into the low to mid-30s. Then, late Friday night, the main low-pressure system is expected to track through the central U.S. and into the Great Lakes region, providing the perfect setup for heavy snow across our area.
