ANAS Sarwar called Holyrood 's Presiding Officer "ridiculous" after he was repeatedly admonished for failing to ask a question at First Minister’s Questions.
The Scottish Labour leader had used his opening question at FMQs to extol at length on the measures in the UK Government Budget, which had been delivered by Chancellor Rachel Reeves the day before.
