Luckily, for those in need, Butterball has experts on standby.
The turkey-producer has a dedicated phone line operating round-the-clock during the holiday season, staffed with turkey experts to answer questions about how to prepare the bird.
The Butterball Turkey Talk-Line is a seasonal helpline made up of about 50 food experts. The line opens on Nov. 1, and in the days leading up to Thanksgiving begin to flood with callers needing help.
