SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - The holiday season is here and that means you’ll likely have a big meal surrounded by family and friends.

One local gym in Sioux City is helping people burn a few calories ahead of the holiday.

712 Fit is located on 5th Street in Downtown Sioux City, next to UnityPoint Health St. Luke’s Downtown. They opened in October and have built a great community with a focus on fitness and camaraderie.

The gym has 24 hour access for members and also offers open workouts and several group fitness classes every day.
