GREENSBURG, Pa. —
Runners came out Thursday morning to support multiple nonprofits by running in the 34th annual Turkey Trot in Greensburg.
Pittsburgh's Action News 4 anchor Kelly Sasso got the festivities started this morning, firing the air horn to start the Thanksgiving Day run. Advertisement
"We serve the city. We have six stations, so we really are here for the community," Greensburg firefighter Carolyn Campbell said, "We're showing up for them. Let them know that we're here for them. We got their back, we're here to protect them."
Proceeds from the race support multiple nonprofits in the Greensburg community.
