DETROIT — The Detroit Lions are teaming up with Feeding America to fight hunger during the holiday season Fans watching the Thanksgiving game can make a monetary donation. The goal is to help provide five million meals to families across the country who may not know where their next meal is coming from.
Donations will help supply food pantries, meal programs, and emergency response efforts throughout the Feeding America network.
80% of each contributions go directly to the donor’s local food bank, based on their ZIP code. So, if the donation comes from a Cadillac, MI zip code, the offering will go to the Cadillac pantry.
