GODERICH – A 46-year-old North Huron man has been charged by police after a Nov. 12 traffic stop in Goderich led to a discovery of alleged illegal drugs and a stolen ATV.
Police said Huron OPP officers stopped the man as he was driving on Victoria Street South in Goderich. He was arrested for impaired operation, and police said a search of the vehicle revealed suspected fentanyl and cocaine.

The investigation continued Nov. 13, as police searched a location on Currie Line in North Huron, where police said they seized an allegedly stolen ATV, suspected fentanyl, and a prohibited knife.
