More than 90,000 fans attending Thursday’s game between the Dallas Cowboys and Kansas City Chiefs at AT&T Stadium will be treated to a Thanksgiving Day feast.
Stadium officials said they’ve spent days preparing more than 5,300 pounds of ham, 14,000 pounds of turkey, 300 gallons of gravy, and 252 gallons of cranberry sauce. They’ve also got cornbread stuffing—more than 5,100 pounds worth.
A post shared on social media said cooks at the stadium also prepared more than 16,000 pounds of macaroni and cheese, 830 pounds of green beans, 260 pounds of greens for salads and sides and 5,000 pounds of sweet and Yukon Gold potatoes.
For pies, they’ve used 425 pounds of pecans and 970 pounds of pumpkin for pies that’ll be topped with 210 gallons of whipped cream.
