MEADVILLE, Pa. – Nearly 45 years after a Crawford County woman disappeared, her husband – now 76 years old – has admitted to killing her, according to state police.

Clinton Randall Rogers faces charges of criminal homicide and aggravated assault in the 1981 disappearance of Lonene Ray Rogers, who was 29 at the time. Clinton Rogers is being held in the Indiana County jail, state police said in a press release posted online around 3:20 a.m. Thursday. ×
