The married father-of-two has been banned from working in maintained or non-maintained schools in Wales for at least 15 years, Wales Online reports , after the panel found all allegations against him to be proven. Concluding that Mr Richards' behaviour over the course of a decade had put others at risk, the panel ruled he cannot apply to be considered for restitution to the Education Workforce Council (EWC) Wales register until at least November 2040.
