WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — It was going to be a special week for Tanya Wolfe.
"My fiancée was supposed to propose to me, we've been together for almost 10 years now, or 11 almost now," said Tanya Wolfe of Wilkes-Barre.
Her fiancé, Keith, was going to propose at a place she'd grown up hearing about—the Woodlands Inn.
"My dad used to talk about it for years. He used to always tell me, it's a place for the "up" people, but you got to see the inside one day, it's flawless."
At first glance, things looked picture-perfect.
"When I saw it, it was breathtaking, it was enough to give you goosebumps, I was joyful, I've got so many different pictures and everything, but it was what the eye couldn't see," said Wolfe.
