CCTV shows brutal pool cue attack inside Livingston pub as staff left sickened

CCTV footage has shown the moment a man was brutally attacked with a pool cue inside a pub in Livingston. The horror altercation - which took place at the Tower Bar in the Craigshill area of the town on November 8 - is said to have left staff at the venue close to tears. ‌

The clip shows a group of men playing a game of pool in the popular boozer before violence erupts. In the video , a man in a green top is seen walking away from the pool table. As he takes his first step, another man in red can be seen suddenly swinging a pool cue across his head with force. ‌

As the wood hits his skull, the victim then drops to the ground before the assailant tosses the pool cue to the floor. ‌
