Tributes have been paid to a grandmother 'whose star will always shine' after a triple death tragedy.

Dorothy Costas, 70, died following a collision between a car and a cement mixer A4103, in Bransford, in the Malvern Hills district, Worcestershire , on October 30.

Two others travelling in the same car as Dorothy - a woman aged in her 70s and a man, also in his 70s - also lost their lives in the crash.
