Opening statements are scheduled for Monday morning in the murder trial of Brian Walshe, the Massachusetts father accused of killing and dismembering his wife.
His trial is expected to last three to four weeks.
The Cohasset father is accused of killing and dismembering Ana Walshe, 39, around New Year's Day in 2023. Prosecutors allege that Walshe disposed of his wife's remains in dumpsters around the area.
