On Friday, November 28, emergency services were called following reports of concern for safety of a man who had climbed onto a roof in Vauxhall. He had climbed onto the roof of a building on Vauxhall Road in Vauxhall.
Merseyside Police received a call at around 8.05am and a large emergency service response, including, several police cars, a Matrix van, two fire engines, an ambulance van and paramedic car descended onto the street.
When the ECHO arrived at the scene they found a man was on the roof of Goodness Grill and Rotisserie on Vauxhall Road. There was also a huge cordon in place on Vauxhall Road to the junction with Phillips Street and to the junction with Paul Street, in the opposite direction.
