BROWN COUNTY, Ohio —
Police say that a vehicle crashed into the front porch of a home in Brown County on Friday morning.
The crash occurred in a rural stretch of the county near the intersection of Anderson State Road with State Route 251, which is just northeast of the village of Fayetteville. Advertisement
Police say that the first call about the crash came in to them at 8:22 a.m.
Upon arriving to the scene, the driver was found by first responders to be entrapped inside of their vehicle and had to be freed.
The driver was then transported to the hospital with minor injuries. No one else was reported to be injured in the crash.
Police did not say what caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle, noting that the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
