OIL CITY, Pa. - The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has lifted the reduced speed limits on Interstate 80 in Mercer County and Venango County.
The speed limit on I-80 from the Ohio state line to Exit 29 in Barkeyville was reduced to 45 miles per hour due to winter weather conditions Friday morning.
As of 11:44 a.m. Friday, those restrictions have been lifted and the speed limits have been restored to normal.
