Cleveland Browns superstar Myles Garrett has been one of the most dominant defenders in the NFL for multiple seasons. The All-Pro and Defensive Player of the Year has posted more than 12 sacks each season for the past six seasons.

In 2025, Garrett is at 18 sacks and is tracking towards not only breaking the long-standing single-season sack record, but he plans to blow past it.

The single-season sack record was set by New York Giants Hall of Famer Michael Strahan in 2001, when he secured 22.5 sacks. The only other person who has tied that record is Pittsburgh Steelers star T.J. Watt, but he also got to 22.5 sacks in 17 games, as opposed to Strahan, who did in 16.
