What's one secret to being a good bartender?
Being attentive and personable. Anyone can learn to make a good drink, but you can’t teach personality.
What's your favorite drink to make?
I don’t necessarily have a favorite drink to make. I enjoy encouraging people to try something new, and when I see them really enjoying it, I feel accomplished.
