SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - Crews with the Iowa Department of Transportation, as well as private companies, have been working nonstop for the past thirty hours, trying to clear out snow.

One local landscaping company has been working since Friday afternoon, removing snow at dozens of properties throughout the Siouxland area.

Matt Mosher says the crew has seen hazardous conditions all over the city.

“It’s slick out there, so definitely be careful, lots of accidents. The city’s really struggling to keep up because the snow just will not let up. So, I hope everybody has plenty of patience. If you don’t have to be outside, please stay home.”
