A 17-year-old teen mom vanished with her 5-month-old baby after slipping out of her Philadelphia home in the early morning hours, police announced on Saturday, Nov. 29.

Shamya Johnson-Parker, 17, was last seen by her mother around 2 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 28, when she left their home through the rear door after a dispute, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.

She is believed to be traveling with her 5-month-old child, Salu Isreal, who is in her care, authorities said.

Shamya is described as a Black female standing about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 105 pounds. She has brown eyes and was last seen wearing a blue wig, a grey sweatsuit, and a tan North Face jacket, police detailed.

Investigators said she is known to frequent several areas across the city, including West Cumberland Street and North Camac Street, and was most recently believed to be in the Ruscomb Street area.
