It’s state championship weekend in Michigan high school football.
Ford Field takes center stage to crown state champions in every 11-man division in 2025, and the biggest game of them all is in Division 1.
The top two teams remaining are Cass Tech (13-0) and Detroit Catholic Central (13-0), squaring off at 7 p.m. Sunday at the home of the Detroit Lions.

Cass Tech and Detroit Catholic Central entered the postseason as the top two teams in the final MLive Top 25 as well as No. 1 and No. 2 in the final Division 1 AP rankings .
