Penn State beat Rutgers, 40-36 in a wild game decided by an Amare Campbell scoop-and-score on a fumble by Scarlett Knights quarterback Athan Kaliakmanis late in the fourth quarter to take the lead.

Penn State running back Nicholas Singleton set the school record for most touchdowns with 44 surpassing Saquon Barkley’s 43.

The Nittany Lions have beaten Rutgers 11 straight times since the Knights entered the Big Ten. PSU finished 6-6 on the season and are bowl eligible.
