A 19-year-old man accused of driving drunk and causing a wreck that killed a woman has had three other traffic tickets this year, according to a prosecutor.

Lincoln Chase Wilson is alleged to have caused the Nov. 9 wreck on Gaston Day School Road that killed 53-year-old Janice Lopez, an Uber driver, and critically injured her passenger, 34-year-old Sherri Haskins, Assistant District Attorney Chad Smith said in court.
