Black Friday may be over, but Ninja is still giving shoppers the chance to bag themselves a serious bargain ahead of Christmas. The brand has recently slashed the price of the air fryer that completely revolutionised my meal times.

It's been around two years since I hopped onto the air-fryer trend after seeing everyone I know using these convenient little gadgets to prepare their meals quickly - and with minimal clean-up. While I'm a big food lover, I must confess that I don't find cooking particularly enjoyable or therapeutic, as some do.

For me, the quicker the preparation and cooking time, the better. So when I had the opportunity to upgrade my relatively basic and compact Philips Airfryer to one of the latest models from Ninja Kitchen, I couldn't resist.
