OMAHA, Neb. —
Omaha's Weather Leader has deemed Sunday and Monday impact weather days with frigid temperatures and another round of snow possible.
Sunday will likely be the coldest day in the Omaha metro since February. Plan for a few flurries and wind chill values near and below zero in the morning with northwest wind gusts up to 25 miles per hour. Expect calmer conditions in the afternoon, but highs struggle to make it out of the teens. Watch out for slick roads as well.
Snow chances return Monday and could impact the morning drive. As of Sunday morning, a winter weather advisory has been issued for far southeast Nebraska and northwest Missouri for most of the day Monday.
