LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A man is dead and another is injured after a shooting in the Parkland neighborhood on Saturday, Nov. 29.

Louisville police said around 11:40 p.m., officers were called to the 2900 block of Greenwood Avenue, where they found a man who had been shot. He was taken to UofL Hospital, where he is expected to survive his injuries.

Police said minutes after the original shooting, officers were called to the 3000 block of Greenwood Avenue. There, they found a man inside the location who had been shot as well.

Despite attempting life-saving measures, the man died at the scene, according to LMPD. His name has not been released.
