Art imitates life.
That axiom proves true throughout the Toledo Museum of Art’s Transient Bloom exhibition, which is currently being showcased in the Green Building through Feb. 22.
The sculpture is a piece by Mike Winkelmann, a digital artist and graphic designer based out of Charleston, S.C, who goes by the name Beeple professionally. Alongside his physical art, Beeple is known for the “everyday” movement in 3D graphics and has been creating a photo to post online daily for well over a decade.
