AUBURN, Ala. —
Auburn announced on Sunday that South Florida's Alex Golesh has been named Auburn’s 33rd head coach.
“We are thrilled to announce Alex Golesh,” Athletic Director John Cohen said in a statement. “He’s produced wins and record-setting results throughout his entire career.”

Golesh spent three years rebuilding South Florida, where he led the team to 23 wins, with a record of 9-3 last season.
