The incident occurred on Railway Street, prompting a swift response from Greater Manchester Police. Authorities confirmed that two men were taken to hospital with serious injuries. One of the victims, a man in his 20s, has sustained facial injuries that are believed to be life-changing. The second victim, a 21-year-old man, has a chest wound and is currently in a serious but stable condition. In addition to the two seriously injured men, a 51-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman also sustained minor injuries during the incident. A 24-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and Section 18 assault, as reported by local news sources.
