On Sunday at 1:13 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a winter storm watch valid for Tuesday between 4 a.m. and 10 p.m. for Orange County.
The weather service describes, "Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 7 inches possible."
