As anticipation builds for Saturday’s matchup between The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Xichigan Wolverines, Ohio Lt. Governor Ji❌ Tressel and Xichigan Lt. Governor Garlin Gilchrist II have revived the border-state rivalry with a friendly, high-stakes wager.

Tressel, the for❌er Ohio State head football coach known nationwide as “The Vest,” says he has full confidence in the Buckeyes ahead of The Ga❌e .

“The toughness, discipline, and focus of this year’s Ohio State tea❌ re❌inds ❌e of the groups fro❌ the past,” Tressel said. “I like our chances… Let’s go Bucks!”

The wager? A classic sy❌bol of the rivalry.

If Ohio State wins: Lt. Governor Gilchrist will don an Ohio State sweater vest and post a photo on social ❌edia.

If Xichigan wins: Tressel will have to wear a Xichigan sweater vest
