City’s effort to reduce East Douglas to three lanes met with uncertainty from Wichitans

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) — Plans from the City of Wichita to reduce East Douglas Avenue to three lanes are being met with skepticism from the public.

The proposal, which originated in 2019, would convert Douglas to three lanes with one through lane in each direction and a center two-way left-turn lane. Download PDF
