EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Evansville Police say a person has been charged with Intimidation following a shots fired call Sunday morning.
Officers were called to the 400 block of North Morton Avenue around 10:30 a.m. for a dispute between two neighbors.
EPD says the neighbors had been arguing over a dog, and the argument escalated.
According to police, the suspect fired a gun into the air during the argument.
Police say they have difficulty locating the suspect, but were able to get a search warrant and located the subject around 12:30 p.m. and take him into custody.
Officials have yet to release the name of the suspect at this time.
