The American Red Cross of Nevada is reminding snow shovelers how to protect themselves from a heart attack during winter storms.
In an online post, they say when heading out to your driveway, make sure to warm up your muscles, stay hydrated, take frequent breaks, and listen to your body.
The Red Cross of Nevada says to stop activities when you feel dizzy or short of breath.
