Balvinder Sopal has broke a Strictly Come Dancing record tonoght.

The EastEnders actress was saved from elimination once again on Sunday night after dancing off against Doctor Who star Alex Kingston.

It marked the fifth time her and dancing partner Julian Caillon had been in the bottom two.

That means the couple now hold the record for surviving the most dance offs in Strictly history.

She has taken the title of 'Queen of the Dance-off' from Birmingham singer Jamelia, who survived four dance offs when she competed in 2015.
