CHARLOTTE, N.C. – For the second time in three NFL seasons, Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua has reached 1,000 receiving yards.
Nacua surpassed the 1,000-yard mark with a screen pass in the fourth quarter, where he kept his legs churning throughout contact to pick up six yards. The catch that got him within one yard, however, was a catch of the year candidate, as he elevated over a defender for a one-handed grab for 31 yards that set L.A. up in the red zone.
Nacua has five catches for 59 yards in the fourth quarter against the Carolina Panthers in Week 13.
