PHOENIX — Authorities have issued a SAFE Alert for a 68-year-old man on Sunday afternoon last seen in Mesa, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Marcos Luna Castillo was last seen around 5:30 a.m. Sunday as he was departing from his home located near Center Street and McKellips Road.

He was described by authorities as 5-foot-5 and 130 pounds and was last seen wearing a dark green puffy jacket, blue jeans, light brown boots and a military-emblemed hat. Castillo has brown hair and brown eyes.

Castillo has a medical condition that causes him to appear lost or confused, according the DPS.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 480-644-2211.
