In the New York Jets’ 12th game of the 2025 season, on a miserable cold and drizzly late autumn day in East Rutherford, New Jersey, the Jets beat the Atlanta Falcons, 27 – 24 for their third victory of the season.
The first half saw the Jets and the Falcons engaged in a tight defensive struggle. The Jets got on the scoreboard first, recovering a muffed punt by the Falcons on the two yard line and running it in on the next play for a touchdown and a 7 – 0 lead early in the second quarter. The Falcons tied the game on a late drive to make the score 7 – 7 at halftime.
