Another quarterback from South Jersey has broken your record.

Winslow quarterback Jalen Parker broke Leary’s state record for most career touchdown passes by a quarterback during Winslow’s Group 4 final against Ramapo at SHI Stadium on Sunday.

Late in the first quarter, Parker connected with wide receiver Quayd Hendryx on an 88-yard touchdown, giving Parker his 106th career touchdowns pass, passing Leary.

Leary, who starred for three seasons at Timber Creek before playing at NC State and Kentucky in college and later making an NFL roster with the Baltimore Ravens, set the record of 105 career passing touchdowns in 2017.
